The room shone with care and attention. Filtered water quenched my thirst, a simple kindness I appreciated. Its location proved ideal, very near to transport and food. The staff welcomed me with warmth.
The bathroom was a little dark, though the floor to ceiling window did make the room seem bigger.

the location is really good near the mrt station and chinatown is close too. i found the rooftop pool very clean a very valuable addition. laundry facilities provided a convenient service for clothing cleaning.
i encountered slow check-in procedures and some issues with room allocation. although i booked an interconnecting room, i received adjacent rooms not connected. receiving assistance with luggage movement would greatly enhance guest experience.
